Adelsen is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to oversee talent acquisition efforts for a leading Canadian BPO. As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead a dedicated recruitment team to source, identify, and onboard high-quality candidates. Your role will be instrumental in driving the long-term success and growth of our BPO client by ensuring a robust and agile workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies tailored for our BPO client's needs
- Lead, mentor, and coach an internal team of recruiters
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify staffing needs and gaps
- Utilize data analytics to track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including the use of social media, job boards, and career fairs
- Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate and compelling job descriptions
- Implement and improve applicant tracking systems for streamlined candidate management
- Conduct final interviews and facilitate onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
