Role Description
We are in collaboration with one of Canada's largest utility company known for its innovation and sustainable practices, searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to bolster their team.
As a Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead initiatives to further establish the company's brand presence, engage with consumers, and drive growth. This role is pivotal in bridging the traditionally technical realm of utilities with the ever-evolving world of modern marketing, regardless of their location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify the brand's voice, resonate with target audiences, and align with company objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, agencies, and partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Market Analysis: Regularly assess market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions and direction.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the utility or energy sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical utility concepts into compelling marketing narratives.
