Role Description
We have partnered with a leading electronics manufacturing company, renowned for its excellence in CCTV production, to find a strategic HR Business Partner.
As an HR Business Partner, you'll be integral in linking the company's human resources with its business operations. Your insights, strategies, and expertise will play a vital role in shaping a workforce that aligns with the organizational goals, especially in the rapidly evolving world of electronics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with departmental leaders to understand their needs and challenges, aligning HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and development initiatives to ensure the company attracts and retains top-tier talent suited to the intricacies of CCTV manufacturing.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment that encourages productivity and innovation.
- HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, recommending data-driven strategies to address them.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with local regulations and reflect the best practices of the electronics manufacturing industry.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a track record in strategic HR roles. Experience in the electronics or manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
