Are you looking to work for a very well-known company that has been in business for almost 100 years and operates offices coast to coast? In this role as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be required to oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations in Canada. You would be working from home for now, but the role will be hybrid in 2022. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, where you will manage a team of 12 to 15 employees.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and drive recruitment initiatives and projects, to support talent acquisition evolution, in partnership with the VP- Manage a team of talent acquisition professionals (coaching, performance metrics, and projects)

Develop key metrics to understand business and customer value

Measure current performance, and identify priorities and leading indicators

Work on building employer branding, contributing to social media strategy

Develop and implement the campus / new grad recruitment strategy (and attend events)

Design and execute all other employer branding activities (recruitment, career fairs, university presentations, etc.)

Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR partners and Hiring Managers

Manage relationships with external vendors including, but not limited to, background check companies and web-advertising providers (Indeed, LinkedIn etc.)

Provide additional support to the VP, when needed

Job Requirements

5 to 7 years’ Experience in a Specialist Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter role with experience in end to end recruiting and onboarding

Work experience in the financial services industry is preferred

Proactive and takes initiative in a fast paced business environment

Well organized and an ability to effectively coordinate activities

Prioritization and a sense of urgency in filling open requisitions

Collaborative partnering and strong focus on team
